Back to the Snow, Boston Fans
I don’t know who’s worse – Vancouver fan, Detroit fan, New York fan or Boston idiot and their ugly girlfriend.
They were in full force tonight at Staples and you know what’s nicer than not seeing or hearing a Kardashian?
SENDING BOSTON FANS HOME WITH A CLOWN FROWN!
Jeff Carter, one of those “impact” trades Lombardi conveniently forgot about, scored in the opening period.
How STUPID is Dougie Hamilton? He takes a penalty at the end of the 1st period and when THAT expires, he takes ANOTHER one.
And the Kings actually SCORED on the power play?
You KNEW it was going to be a good night.
Alec Martinez is in the lineup = Kings win
Matt Greene in the lineup = Kings lose
Do you know what the Kings record is when Alec Martinez scores a goal dating back 3 years? It’s 12-2-1
Dustin Brown is finally finishing as well and it couldn’t have come at a better time. It was the first time in NINE games the Kings scored more than 3 goals.
Even though it cost him a penalty, I like Mike Richards being pissed off in the 3rd.
Jarret Stoll was SICK in the dots. 18 out of 23? Are you KIDDING? Ever since he starting dating Erin Andrews, he’s been amazing. Coincidence?
Quick was great again, especially on the Boston breakaway late in the game. He’s now given up 4 goals in 3 games. Who does he think he is, Martin Jones?
Some things in hockey baffle me. For example, when players say things like, “We need to shoot more” or “We need to take it to the net more.” My question is, aren’t you SUPPOSED to be doing that? Is that what GOT you to the NHL in the first place?
It’s like me saying, “I have to find more actors.” That’s my fucking JOB.
(I stole this from someone on Twitter) Tom Glavine is the first Kings draft pick to be elected to the baseball hall of fame. (and for the record, I absolutely LOVED what Dan LeBetard did!)
Because I’m so good at predicting… I predict the Kings send Matt Frattin BACK to Toronto for God knows what. That guy has been nothing short of a complete bust. He’s turned into this years’ Brad Richardson! In 25 games with Toronto last season he had 7 goals and 6 assists. In THIRTY games with the Kings, he has TWO goals and 4 assists AND he’s getting power play time.
Wouldn’t we much rather see Linden Vey? Or is Lombardi too chicken to put a rookie in there instead of having some experience.
Okay, all this talk about the trade deadline, it’s TWO MONTHS AWAY!
